Biomega Copenhagen Bicycle

A beautiful and simple double triangle frame, uncluttered by derailer, cables, or chain.

To accomplish this, Biomega used an 8-speed Shimano internal gear hub, routed the cables inside the frame, and used a shaft drive.

Ucluttered by cables??

Less cluttered than most bikes. The front brake cable is exposed, but the gear shift cable is routed through the down tube, and I don't see a cable running to a rear brake.
